Our otak-otak can be enjoyed at home because of its convenient method of preparation and cooking time. The otak-otak is so versatile that it can be served steamed (just 15-minutes in the steamer), or microwaved, deep fried, or even baked in a pre-heated oven. As it is, it can be served with rice, bread, pasta, as a snack, or even as a topping on pizza.
Cooking Method 1: Grill the otak otak on a frypan over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, flipping occasionally.
